Use this code when the item is out of stock. Use this code if the seller finds a price mismatch for the item order line. Use this code if the customer requested the cancellation. The seller can update the shipment within 4 hours of sending the first shipping information. This parameter is used to differentiate between the first shipment and subsequent shipments, and track information updates post shipment. The processMode parameter allows the seller to track and update any shipment information after the order has already shipped. Update an order after it ships with Process Mode Once an order ships, you can update the order with the Process Mode. Upon success, the API response contains the order with the shipped line item. Orders must be acknowledged before shipping to avoid underselling. This API updates the status of order lines to Shipped and triggers the charge to the customer. Make sure to provide the shipDateTime parameter value in UTC.
The exception is that orders fulfilled with Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS) cannot be shipped or updated. To ship one or more order lines, use Ship Order Lines API. A Sales Order can contain one or more Purchase Orders from multiple Sellers. When a customer places an order on, Walmart system creates a Sales Order that sellers use to generate the Purchase Order.
